This text outlines an assessment of a global database of private equity investors. Our team employed a keyword tracking method to pinpoint investors whose websites contain terms associated with climate tech. Consequently, a detailed Excel spreadsheet was developed to precisely pinpoint pertinent investors in the climate tech field.
Investments in the climate tech sector within private equity have been gaining significant momentum due to growing awareness of environmental issues and the increasing demand for sustainable solutions. In this article, we are introducing three interesting equity funds from our keyword crawler-based climate-tech-private equity investors list.
1. Zouk Capital LLP (London)
Zouk Capital LLP is a private equity fund manager based in London, with a specific focus on the European clean technology market. The firm invests in areas that intersect infrastructure, technology, and sustainability. Zouk Capital is a significant player in the climate tech sector, managing three cleantech-focused funds. 3. ARCH Emerging Markets Partners Limited (London)
ARCH Emerging Markets Partners Limited, located in London, is heavily invested in the climate tech sector, particularly in emerging markets. They concentrate on renewable energy and logistics/cold chain solutions platforms, as well as a global strategy for sustainable natural resources. Notably, they have partnered with CrossBoundary Energy, a leading developer of commercial and industrial renewable energy systems in Africa. CrossBoundary Energy has collaborated with well-known companies such as Unilever, Diageo, Rio Tinto, and Heineken.
