They specialize in investing in growth-oriented SMEs with a turnover of up to €500 million, primarily in France, Belgium, and neighboring countries. The strategy revolves around buy-and-build and growth, often taking a majority position or becoming a leading shareholder. The company is sector-agnostic and supports growth, acquisitions, refinancings, and restructuring across all business sectors.
