Our team used a keyword tracking tool to identify investors who used carve-out-related terminology on their websites. Consequently, we have created a comprehensive Excel spreadsheet that can accurately identify relevant investors in the carve-out sector.
A carve-out transaction usually involves a parent company selling a portion of its business, such as a subsidiary, division, or branch, to another company or investors.
In this article, we are introducing three interesting carve-out-focused private equity funds from our keyword crawler-based carve-out-private equity investors list.
1. Duke Street LLP (London)
Duke Street LLP is a private equity firm based in London that has been investing in mature, mid-market Western European businesses for over twenty years. Their investment focus is on four key sectors: Consumer, Healthcare, Industrials & Engineering, and Services. Nova operates from offices in London and Chicago, specializing in portfolio buy-outs. They actively manage investments in companies across diverse sectors, including engineering, manufacturing, services, distribution, technology, media, telecoms, and consumer sectors.
3. Inflexion Private Equity Partners LLP (London)
Inflexion Private Equity Partners LLP is a private equity firm that focuses on the mid-market. It was established in 1999 and is known for collaborating with driven and innovative management teams to boost growth. The firm has participated in numerous carve-out deals, which involve dividing a section of a company from its parent to form a standalone organization. In April 2021, Inflexion partnered with Informa PLC, merging the Financial Benchmarking & Omnichannel Experience division of Informa Financial Intelligence with Novantas Inc., a company specializing in financial data services. The objective of this merger is to create a leading provider of financial data and technology.
