Additionally, CAPZA acquired a stake in Winncare, a leading manufacturer of medical equipment, and arranged a unitranche facility to support the acquisition of MVG by HLD Europe.

3. Hivest Capital Partners (Paris)

Hivest Capital Partners is an independent French private equity firm based in Paris. It was founded in December 2016 and manages approximately €450 million.
